Exhibition & Workshops for the Visually Impaired

CADArts (Christchurch & District Arts) are organising an exhibition to be held at the Red House in July/August this year for everyone to enjoy but particularly the visually impaired, details below.

We are also holding some workshops on making felt and silk paper, I hope to get these mentioned in the Talking Newspaper.

Youth & Adult Workshops

Monday 31st March from 10.30 - 12.30 Felt Making.
2pm-4pm Silk Paper Making

Felt Making will explore the making of a felt fabric from wool fibres using water and elbow grease! Silk Paper Making will require less effort using delicate fibres and adhesive paper and a vessel.
